Randy founded Magnolia in August 2011. Previously, Randy was responsible for developing and designing nearly 3,500 apartments for UDR, an S&P 400 apartment real estate investment trust. Prior to UDR, Randy worked in acquisitions, sales, and construction management at Shea Homes. Randy has also built numerous multi-million dollar custom homes in the University Park and Highland Park areas of Dallas. Currently Randy oversees all development activity for Magnolia.
Randy earned both an MBA and BBA in Finance from Baylor University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.Contact Randy
Eric is a former US Marine and has 15 years of experience in commercial, heavy industrial, and multifamily construction. Over the last nine years he has managed the construction of over 3,000 apartment homes, with a combined value of over $400 million. He currently manages all construction activities for Magnolia.
Eric graduated from the University of Maryland in 1997 with a BS in Business Management. He is heavily involved in the community and in his Church, where he serves as a teacher and on several committees and outreach teams.Contact Eric
Lori Fall joined the Magnolia Team as of January 2015. Before joining Magnolia, Lori was with Post Properties for 26 years. Her portfolio consisted of Austin, Houston and Dallas. Currently Lori oversees Magnolia’s Property Management Team as the VP of Management. Lori attended Iowa State University with a BA in Marketing. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent and has her CAM designation.Contact Lori
Taylor joined the Magnolia team in 2013 and is involved in a multitude of development activities including financial analysis and acquisitions. Taylor earned a BBA from Baylor University in 2003 and his MEd from Lamar University in 2010 and has a Texas Real Estate License. Prior to getting into real estate development, Taylor worked as a high school football coach in the Dallas Fort Worth area.Contact Taylor
Lauren joined the Magnolia team in early 2014 after spending over nine years in the industry. Before joining Magnolia, Lauren spent six years with UDR, leading new development lease-ups as both a sales specialist and later as a development sales director. Prior to her time with UDR, Lauren worked as a leasing agent and property manager, and also spent two years in sales for Highland Homes. Currently Lauren oversees Magnolia’s property management, along with Taylor Farden.
Lauren earned her BA in Communications Studies, with a minor in Mass Communications, while at Texas State University at San Marcos.Contact Lauren
