Qualifications
Education/Certification ▪ High school diploma or GED preferred Supervisory Responsibility May need to travel between properties on occasion. Travel Occasional local travel to another property or to the corporate office may be required for this position. Expected Hours of Work Hours for this position vary by location and will be set with the individual by the Area Maintenance Supervisor. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position. This role frequently requires climbing and working from a ladder. The employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
